Our Process
-
Book an initial conversation to discuss if mediation is right for you and find agreeable date and time.
-
Session is not confirmed without receipt of 25% deposit. The remaining payment is due 48 hours prior to mediation.
-
Before your session, you may be asked to provide relevant documents and sign the required Agreement to Mediate document related to your case.
-
Mediations are available both on zoom and in person, the appropriate format to fit your needs will be discussed during your consultation.
-
Mediation sessions will begin with a brief overview of the process and expectations. Each party will have time to present their viewpoint followed by participation in a guided discussion. Resolution will be professionally supported by the mediator.
-
If an agreement is reached, the mediator will help draft a Mediated Settlement Agreement (MSA) that outlines the terms everyone has accepted. After signing, this document is legally binding and enforceable, giving both parties clarity and closure. If the mediation is court-connected, the agreement will be submitted for approval.
